They does not have customer service. They does not reply. You will loose your money. Do not deposit BTC or Fiat currency with them you will lose it. I lost my deposit with coins bank.
Deposited LTC on it which i cant withdraw because they refused to verify my account they don't respond to emails, support tickets and no phone contact anywhere. Am starting to think this was a one man thing and the guy died in Covid so our money is stuck there forever

Trying to sign up and get nothing but "service not available"
This app is a scaling App don't use it, be careful. Once you put your money in it you can't take it out. And even if you try they will charge you a lot of fee, the maximum withdrawal is 30$ in BTC and they charge you for that 200$, and let's not mention that if you exchange between two type they will give you 75% lesser than the market price. And when I tried to take out my money even losing all of that after sending the support multiple messages, they now blocked me from entering my wallet.
